Application Process

Round I
Resume & Essay Screening
Candidates submit a resume and a short essay demonstrating analytical thinking and genuine interest in financial markets.

Round II
Behavioral Interview
Shortlisted candidates interview with current fund members. Interviewers assess communication skills and intellectual curiosity.

Round III
Case Study
Finalists complete an in-person case study and present it to two members of the executive team.
